These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScopeAI platform and services (the "Services"), provided by Watulab Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2. Service Description and AI Outputs

ScopeAI provides a platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence to facilitate client discovery sessions and generate Product Requirements Documents ("PRDs"). Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs may not be unique across users and the Services may generate incorrect information. You must evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Process highly sensitive personal data (e.g., protected health information under HIPAA) unless a separate Data Processing Agreement is in place.
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the features, functionality, integrity, or performance of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Watulab Digital hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to Output. This means you can use the Output for any purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication, if you comply with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WATULAB DIGITAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
